2022 90% Syrah / 10% Mourvedre
Handpicked / naturally fermented / unfiltered
Blended two fermenting approaches:
- 50% whole cluster with 10% Mourvedre added for a co-ferment.
- 40% barrel aged in neutral oak for 10 months
- 50% Amphora fermented and aged for 6 months and then barrel aged in neutral oak for 4 months
Minimal sulphites with less than 20ppm added before bottling

Tasting notes- Crisp notes of white pepper and sandalwood on the nose, Earthy truffle on the palette, finishing with a hint of anise and fennel
