Handpicked grapes from Dubrul Vineyards in the Yakima Valley. 
Naturally fermented and aged for 10 months in NOVUM amphorae, finished in stainless steel.

When lightning strikes, weird things happen. When the Riesling grapes were picked at our ideal brix we thought the acid levels were off. When we say off, we mean off the charts high levels with no explanation. That is until we found out that a bolt of lightning struck right next this block!! Could it be?? Regardless, we embraced the challenge and decided to blend a small amount of fresh Albariño in which resulted in a slight frizzante, light, crisp delicious white table wine served best cold.
 
Tasting notes - Bright lemon-lime acidity, crisp green apple rind tartness and a dry finish.
